Here is a timetable to see where we started and where we are anticipating arriving in the coming days:

In December we acquired our building on and in January 2020 we began renovation.....then renovations were halted due to stay at home order in March.

Last Thursday, May 7th, renovation re-started and by this week we had completed interior buildout which included painting walls, logo, and installation of recovery area carpeting. Painting of exterior of the building also scheduled to complete this week.

Next week astro turf and rubber flooring scheduled for installation in the main performance area along with delivery of Alpha Recovery Lounge Furniture.

On Wednesday May 27th the Final Touch: lifting racks, weights, assault treadmills, vertimax, versaclimber units and more will be delivered and installed.

Alpha Human Performance is looking forward to opening early June 2020, in just a few weeks!
