Alpha Move of the Week: Pur Motion Bar Complex (Bent Row / RDL / Hang Clean)

This move combines the Pur Motion Bar and a three move exercise complex.

The complex is performed non-stop while moving through reps of each movement of a Bent Row, RDL and Hang Clean. Your body goes through a series of different movements from start to finish (Pull, Hip/Hamstring & Explosive).

Use a moderate weight that you can for sure do at least 5 reps of each exercise.

A couple of points to remember:

  • Keep your feet balanced and 'squared' throughout the set

  • Perform Bent Rows smooth while RDL and Cleans are performed quick and explosive

  • Hold the handles throughout the movements and don't put down the bar until all reps are complete
