Alpha Move of the Week: Pur Motion Bar Complex (Bent Row / RDL / Hang Clean)
This move combines the Pur Motion Bar and a three move exercise complex.
The complex is performed non-stop while moving through reps of each movement of a Bent Row, RDL and Hang Clean. Your body goes through a series of different movements from start to finish (Pull, Hip/Hamstring & Explosive).
Use a moderate weight that you can for sure do at least 5 reps of each exercise.
A couple of points to remember:
Keep your feet balanced and 'squared' throughout the set
Perform Bent Rows smooth while RDL and Cleans are performed quick and explosive
Hold the handles throughout the movements and don't put down the bar until all reps are complete
