Training With 'Intent' Is a Concept Too Many Young Athletes Fail to Appreciate
This is an article that I wrote for Stack Magazine about training with intent. The basic premise is this: When it comes to training/working out, are you just going through the motions, or "training with intent"? I strongly believe that it's not enough to just "show up" and "do some exercises and drills". You should approach everything you do in life with "great intent". It's not enough just to SHOW UP!
