Strength Day
When: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
Focus: Total Body Strength Training. Emphasis on building muscle and core strength and power
Tools: Free weights, Dumbbells. kettlebells, sleds and more.
Speed School
When: TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY
Focus: Building athletic speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness.
Tools: Speed ladders, Vertimax units, Cones and more.
Cross Training Day
When: TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY*
Focus: Strength, Core and Cardio Training. Emphasis on building muscle and cardio endurance.
Tools: Medicine Balls, versa climber, battle Ropes, high speed treadmills and more.
