Sometimes we over analyze the things in training that we think we should be doing.

  • “Do I do more cardio?”

  • “Should I cross train?”

  • “Should I join a gym or train at home?”

  • “Should do group training or train on my own?”

  • “Machines or Free Weights?”

You could chase your tail around and around trying to find the PERFECT training solution. My suggestion is don’t wait for perfect, but DO SOMETHING. The are a variety of training regimens out there that you can participate in, from group boot camps, to personal training. The 7 billion people on this planet are uniquely different. Find out what works for you on you path to performance and fitness. It may be one thing, it may be a couple of things that you alternate.

The key is in finding the thing that gets you the results you’re looking for and that resolutes with YOU. One persons love for group training community is another persons “Ugh—-I’d rather train alone with my head phones on!”
