Multi-use Training Tools

At Alpha we want to provide training tools for our members to help increase their sport and life performance.

One of our goals is to get training tools that are multi functional in variety of different ways.

Our newest addition is the Granite Fitness mini-bench. This device is able to assist us in training in different ways for upper body, lower body, core and stability. Different tools such as DB’s, barbells, bands and more can be combined as well.
