Alpha Move of the Week: Med Ball RDL + Box Step Up

This combo moves works the Hip / Hamstring hinge actions as well as the quad. Perform an RDL with a med ball of moderate weight, then immediately come out of the hinge action to a box step up.

It's important to maintain control and stability while doing the exercise, so don't rush the movement.
