Through the years of becoming a registered dietitian, earning my master's degree in nutrition and dietetics, and passing the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam, I have learned how to individualize a science-based approach.

By that I mean the principles of nutrition and exercise are pretty straight-forward, but how they fit into your lifestyle and your goals, that's what we'll determine together.

Two of the biggest pillars of my approach are:

FACTS not fear

I believe in solid nutrition based on Build, Lean, Perform and Thrive.

  • Build - for those with a goal of putting on muscle or gaining weight

  • Lean - fat loss (not recommended while in-season)

  • Perform - learn how to better fuel for your sport

  • Thrive - for anyone! General diet and nutrition
