Intek Strength Bar Total Body Complex

Perform this complex using the Intek Bar.

Grab the Intek Bar with a good base, core engaged and go from one exercise to the next in this total body movement (5 reps per exercise):

1) Jump Shrug 5 times

2) Squat 5 times

3) RDL 5 times

4) Bent Row 5 times

.....then perform a farmers walk a specified distance. This complex is a great way to fire up your entire body head to toe
