Using the Training Mask to enhance training sessions

The Training Mask was created about 10 years ago by the Training Mask Company as a way to train at a high intensity while performing athletic activities.

This adjustable resistance mask can be worn while training, in practice sessions, doing drill work, or in settings where physical activities are performed.

In these two videos here, I am using the Training Mask while performing the safety bar squat and Pur Motion Hang Clean.
